Cancellations

Cancellations can be requested but a 3% fee will be charged on the refund amount to cover the cost of the initial transaction charge.

Damages and issues

Returns

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any TCG items.

Invalid/Incorrect Address Returns

Orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect/invalid address are subject to a 3% transaction + shipping costs fee if a refund is requested. We will process these refunds once we receive and verify the product. Buyers are welcome to pay for shipping to have the items resent instead of the partial refund.
